Refund Policy.
01. Refund Eligibility
SwiftThumbnail offers refunds within 48 hours of purchase under the following conditions:
- You have not exceeded 10 thumbnail generations
- You have not downloaded more than 5 generated thumbnails
- Your account shows no signs of abuse or policy violations
- You contact us within 48 hours of your initial payment
Refund requests made after 48 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally not approved.
02. Trial Period
New users receive a $1 trial for the first 3 days. This trial period allows you to test the service before committing to a full subscription.
Trial Refunds: The $1 trial fee is refundable within the 3-day trial period if you cancel before being charged the full subscription amount. Once the trial period ends and you are charged the full subscription fee, the standard 48-hour refund policy applies to the subscription charge only (not the trial fee).
03. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- After 48 Hours: Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase
- Excessive Usage: Accounts that have generated more than 10 thumbnails or downloaded more than 5
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Buyer's Remorse: Simple change of mind after extensive usage
- Technical Issues: Issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
- Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewals (you must cancel before renewal date)
- Partial Months: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods
04. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at fikri@ysfik.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
05. Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Your Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
- Unused credits expire at the end of your billing period
Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
06. Service Issues & Technical Problems
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using SwiftThumbnail:
- Contact support immediately at fikri@ysfik.com
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or credit extension
- Refunds for technical issues are evaluated case-by-case
Please note: Issues caused by your device, browser compatibility, or internet connection are not eligible for refunds.
07. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions are subject to the following refund-related policies:
- If a referred customer receives a refund, the corresponding affiliate commission is reversed
- Affiliates are not penalized for legitimate customer refunds
- Excessive refund rates (>20% of referrals) may trigger affiliate account review
- Fraudulent referrals that result in refunds may lead to affiliate termination
08. Chargebacks
Important: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of requesting a refund through our support team:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will contest illegitimate chargebacks
- You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
- Future access to SwiftThumbnail may be denied
Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
09. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of SwiftThumbnail after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
